All items must be returned in their original condition. Watches may not be worn or used. Watches and or bands that are damaged, scratched, chipped or shows other signs of wear or tampering will not be accepted for a refund. Returns Note that we cannot accept the return of any item that has been resized or altered in any way.
Returns must be postmarked the latest on the 10Th day of the return.Time is calculated from the date of receipt.

Mark the number on the outside of the return package. Ship the item, including all original documentation, to our office.
Once it passes independent inspection, your money is refunded. Please note that we are unable to provide a refund for any item that has been resized or for any item that is returned damaged, chipped, scratched or otherwise shows signs of wear or tampering.
In the case of a credit card payment, a credit will be applied to the card used to make the original purchase. If payment was made by check or money order, a check will be issued by mail. If you are returning a gift, you may choose to credit the original credit card for the purchase value, or you may request a credit, which can be applied to any Luminouswatch.com purchase in the future. Credit has no expiry date.
Refunds will be issued for the purchase amount, including any applicable taxes paid. Shipping and handling, actual cost to us or any credit card fees or charges which altogether total 5% of the purchase price are nonrefundable, except in the case of an error on our part. Please allow approximately 10 business days to complete the return process.
